An
Interview with Cal State Northridge President Jolene Koester
There
are many characteristics that differentiate California State
University, Northridge from its peer institutions. It ranks first among
529 master's level universities in the number of graduates who go on to
earn Ph.D's in psychology. It enjoys one of the largest deaf student
populations among American universities. And it ranks among the top 25
universities nationwide in graduating Hispanic students at the
bachelor's and master's levels. IMS Global recently talked with Jolene
Koester, who has served as CSUN's president for the past seven years.
In addition to her many other duties, President Koester serves as a
member of IMS's Executive Strategic Council.
