IMS Global Learning Consortium (IMS GLC) invites the community of QTI implementers to participate in a survey designed to establish the 'state of play' with regard to QTI v2.1 tool capabilities and to measure where there is sufficient overlap in tool capabilities to establish one or more profiles.
It will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. We will publish an anonymous summary of the survey outcome to all participants. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. The survey is located at: http://imsqtiv2p1.questionpro.com Because QTI supports interoperability between different classes of application (test construction, item authoring, delivery engine, item bank, and learning management systems), the survey is divided into different modules. You need only respond to the modules that best describe your tool. The modules included in the survey are packaging, content, test, metadata, results, item bank, and tool capability. Details from the survey results and discussion of QTI related issues will be published here in this forum. |

We are about ten days into the survey and there have been 20 people to complete it so far. We want to be able to evaluate the results leading up to the face-to-face meetings in Orlando (8-9 February), so if you know of people who should take the survey but haven't yet, please encourage them to do it now. We keep the survey open for another week or two.
