Want to be notified when a new post is available?
There are two ways:
1) Digest Email: To sign up for a digest email, login in to your IMS community account and enter the forum. Click profile on the right hand side of the screen near the top, choose personal options, scroll down to category digest and highlight all the categories you wish to receive email notification from, then the click update profile button at the bottom.
2) You can bookmark and check the rss feed for the categories you are interested in. A link to the rss feed is on the right hand side (in orange) in each category. The IMS news Rss feed is: http://www.imsglobal.org/community/forum/rss.cfm?forumid=11&catid=46

Anyone is welcome to use this forum to share bits of code, development techniques, comment on IMS GLC News articles and Specifications and ask questions. This forum is open to anyone with a free IMS Public Community account.
Since this is an open forum, we cannot post or share unreleased IMS Intellectual property such as standards documents that are currently in development.
Those who have an interest in IMS specifications are encouraged to join the Common Cartridge Alliance. There are a wide range of membership levels ranging from individual to organizational. Memberships allow further participation in the standards development process and access to additional resources.
You can sign up for the RSS feed of posts to keep up to date, or if you want E-Mail notifications, you should go into your profile and subscribe to the digest for the categories in which you are interested As new categories are added you will need to update your subscriptions.
In the forum you will find topic areas for several IMS Project groups. We use the forums for public dissemination about these activities and to provide a area for public comment. For more information on the individual project groups, visit the activities page on the IMS public website.
