Membership results - What is latest version for LTI 1.3?

I'm trying to confirm what the latest JSON media format is for the Names and Roles Provisioning Services (specifically paging).

For LTI 1.3, what is the JSON format for returning membership results? When will it include the paging JSON format for results?

I'm a bit confused as I see references to a v2, but with different media types. For example:

Format: application/vnd.1EdTech.lti-nrps.v2.membershipcontainer+json
This page doesn't reference anything about support for paging results.

I've done some tests with Moodle using LTI 1.3 support, and I get membership results in JSON paging format? It is confusing that I'm seeing two "v2" media formats (JSON formats) as described above.
