As part of the QTI certification process, I was given access to a web application that validates QTI packages. It required a login. I cannot find this tool on the new site. Does it still exist?
The online validator is now available to IMS members only, as a benefit of membership. If you're an IMS member, be sure you're logged in and you can access the validator here: http://membervalidator.imsglobal.org/
If you're not an IMS member, you can learn about membership options and benefits here: https://www.imsglobal.org/imsmembership.html
IMS is aware of this issue, and I believe it is being worked on. I think it is a bug in the LTI implementation used to launch the validator caused by something like the presence of an expired session cookie from a previous session. In any case if you open an Incognito window|InPrivate browsing window (or clearing all cookies would probably work as well) then it should work for you.
All the best,
Padraig

Cannot access QTI validator
I can't access the QTI validator either. I tried an incognito browser, regular Chrome session, and Firefox. I am also directed to: https://www.imsglobal.org/?lti_errormsg=Sorry%2C+there+was+an+error+conn....
