Mark leverages over 12 years of experience in the educational technology sector to serve as a Technical Program Manager at IMS. Prior to IMS he was a project manager leading state and district implementations of a K-12 data standard and tool suite to provide actionable data to educators via dashboards and reporting tools. Additionally, he managed the ongoing development and maintenance of the standard and product suite.
Mark spent several years working in higher education at the University of Texas as a software developer, business analyst, and project manager. His work there included developing and maintaining mission critical systems all over campus and the establishment of best practices and process improvement strategies.
Mark earned his BA in English and Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin.
