Chief Technology and Information Officer, Forsyth County School System, GA
Dr. Lessell Martiny (Marty) Bray is the Chief Technology and Information Officer for the Forsyth County School System. Prior to his work in Forsyth County, Dr. Bray was a professor at the University of West Georgia, California State University Fullerton, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Combined with his experience in North Carolina, he has a total of 25 years of experience in a number of educational settings. He has a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University and educational degrees from Appalachian State University. Dr. Bray is the author/co-author of several books, book chapters, and journal articles on the uses of technology in education especially as it relates to issues of diversity.
