Megan Stiles Madel serves as the VP of Product Management for LRNG, powered by Collective Shift. Megan brings a unique combination of creativity and analytical skill to LRNG to build technology enabled, community-based learning ecosystems. Megan’s team has created an immersive and cinematic youth platform that is providing access and opportunity for youth in more than fifteen locations across the country. LRNG works with cities and organizations to connect learning experiences to career opportunities, ensuring that all young people, especially those from underserved communities, have inspiration and guidance to prepare them for life and work in the modern economy.
Megan has a strong track record of inspiring and leading product teams to become highly effective, customer-centric and strategy focused. As a seasoned product management professional she has received accolades for successful design, management and launch of complex and business critical products that grow market share and improve revenue performance. Megan has served as Director of Product Management for Arts Alliance Media and has also worked with Nokia, Navigon and was a high school Spanish teacher. Megan has a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from University of Illinois at Chicago and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
