QTI (Question and Test Interoperability) Evolution & Certification Committee The QTI (Question and Test Interoperability) Evolution & Certification Committee (formerly the Question and Test (QTI) and Accessible Portable Item Protocol (APIP) APMG) identifies market priorities for electronic assessment, both summative and formative, including the application of accessibility. Learning Tools and Content Evolution & Certification Committee The Learning Tools and Content Evolution & Certification Committee (formerly Common Cartridge (CC) / Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) / Interactive Whiteboard (IWB) Accredited Profile Management Group (APMG)) identifies market priorities regarding the continuing use, enhancement and conformance process related to Common Cartridge, as a way to package and exchange content, and Learning Tools Interoperability, as a way to integrate third-party tools.
