PAYMENT POLICY: To qualify for the early registration fee, we must receive your registration and payment no later than 24 March 2016. All registrations received after that date to 5 May will be processed at the regular registration fee. Registrations received after 5 May will be processed at the late registration fee.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations received on or before the early cut off date of 24 March 2016 are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 25 February and 5 May are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after the 5 May date. 
 
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The conference is hosted by IMS Global Learning Consortium who reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without further explanation, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual to the said conference. 
 
AUDIO/VIDEO TAPING, DIGITAL RECORDING AND PHOTOGRAPHY: You must obtain IMS GLC's permission to record any session or activity in any medium. IMS GLC reserves the right to ask any attendee to move within or to leave a session venue if their use of technology is disruptive to speakers or other attendees. Note that by attending the conference, attendees have agreed to the terms of the IMS GLC Image/Audio/Video Release, which allows images, audio, and video recorded on site to be used for educational and promotional purposes.
