The namespace for the imported element must be defined in the instance, and the schema must be imported.
The extension has a definition of "strict" i.e. they must have their own namespace.
The Access_for_All_Resource complexType is the container for a collection of information that states how a digital learning resource can be perceived,
understood or interacted with by users.
The Control_Flexibility_Vocabulary enumeration is the vocabulary for a single input method which is sufficient to control a resource.
The Display_Trasformability_Vocabulary enumeration is the container for the
characteristic of a resource that can be modified.
The Hazard_Vocabulary enumeration is the vocabulary for a characteristic of the described resource that must not
be delivered to some users.
The Support_Tool_Vocabulary enumeration is the vocabulary for the electronic tool associated with a resource.
The Access_Mode_Statement complexType is the container for a collection of information that states a primary access mode of a resource
and its usage in the resource.
The Access_Mode_Vocabulary enumeration is the vocabulary for the access mode through which the
intellectual content of the resource is communicated, not including any adaptations.
The Access_Mode_Usage_Vocabulary enumeration is the vocabulary for the role of a primary access mode with
respect to the intellectual content of a resource.
The Adaptation_Statement complexType is the container for a collection of information that gives detailed
information about an adaptation.

The Representation_Form_Vocabulary enumeration is the vocabulary for the additional details about the adaptation type.
The Is_Adaptation complexType is the container for a collection of information that states what resource the
described resource provides an adaptation of, and the extent to which it does so.
The Extent_Vocabulary enumeration is the vocabulary for the scope of the content of the resource.
