This is a manifest for the set of external files i.e. the bulk block data can be stored in more than one file. A unique bulkBlockManifest identifier is also included. The BulkBlockReport complexType is the container for the information reported back about the processing of the set of data fles. The TransactionReport complexType is the container for the status reports on all of the transactions within the bulk data files that were unsuccessfully completed by the service consumer. If no reports are contained then the request has been successfully completed. The BulkBlockDataFile complextype is the container for all of the information that is specific to an external file. The bulk block data can consist of more than one physical file. The ServiceSet complexType is the container for all of the servcice operations. There is a separate sub-container for the information about each operation. The order of ths information is unimportant because it is not used to organize how the data file is interpreted. The ServiceRecord complexType is the container for the information about a single service and interface combination. The OperationSet data-type is the container for the set of named operations that must be supported for the successful completion of the data file read.
