The 'Assignment and Grade Services' Specification mentions the 'Gradebook Message specification' (and the GradeBookResultLaunch message), but I cannot find any (public) reference to this spec. Is this available somewhere?

Thanks for highlighting this issue. The Gradebook Message spec was renamed to Submission Review after the AGS spec was published. This Submission Review spec is currently available as a Member Candidate Final draft (you need to be an IMS member and logged in to your account) from this page: https://www.imsglobal.org/activity/learning-tools-interoperability
