Bug Test Platform? - memberships api returning incorrect type

I'm calling https://lti-ri.imsglobal.org/platforms/1339/contexts/14275/memberships?r... (with a bearer token) and I am expecting the content-type to be application/vnd.1EdTech.lti-nrps.v2.membershipcontainer+json' (this is in the spec)
but instead the content-type is: application/json; charset=utf-8

Is this the place to report such a problem?

Is there any update on this? It seems the media types are incorrect in multiple places in the test platform.
