Membership service v1 specification

Please can someone direct me to where I can find a copy of the Membership service v1 specification. I found a page at http://www.imsglobal.org/specs/ltimemv1p0/specification but this does not include the specification. I cannot find it on the "view all..." page for LTI specifications (following the link on the page at https://www.imsglobal.org/activity/learning-tools-interoperability)
