Difference Between redirect_uri and target_link_uri in OIDC Deep Linking

What is the difference between "redirect_uri" and "target_link_uri", and how does "target_link_uri" relate to our OAuth client's "redirect_uri"?. This question refers to the "5.2 Deep Linking Message Testing" section of the Conformance Certification Guide.
