Executive Strategic Council The Executive Strategic Council advises IMS Global’s leadership to highlight major challenges facing the learning community worldwide, both current and future, and to help guide the strategic priorities of IMS member community to advance technology to support innovative models for improving student outcomes. K-12 Institutional Executive Board The K-12 Institutional Executive Board enables effective collaboration among school district and state leaders who are creating and implementing technology integration strategies that enable continuous improvement in instruction and personalized learning. The Executive Board leads the adoption of open instructional technology interoperability standards for curriculum, assessment, and all aspects of instructional improvement for the benefit of school districts & states working to put in place a new generation of IT infrastructure. Technical Advisory Board Executive Committee The Technical Advisory Board Executive Committee identifies and prioritizes the technical work of IMS Global. K-12 State Assessment Leaders Council The K-12 State Assessment Leaders Council identifies market priorities for electronic assessment, both summative and formative, including the application of accessibility. Executive Board on Assessment The Executive Board on Assessment is an extension of the IMS Board of Directors that provides business guidance to the Board and aQTI standards committee, drives QTI enhancements and usability, fosters long-term alignment between APIP and Accessibility and promote QTI as the de-facto standard for e-assessment interoperability.
