Solid and scalable digital credential programs take a team effort within your office and across campus. We will present three different approaches from three different offices at three different institutions for launching and maintaining a successful credentialing program. Speakers will share practical advice and strategies on establishing policy (e.g., governance), communicating value to academic leaders, connecting with employers, and designing a program that grows with your needs.
