Registration

All 1EdTech district and state Contributing Members are invited to participate in a two-day institutional leadership retreat at the Magnolia Hotel in Denver.

In our first opportunity to get together in quite some time, we're organizing several collaborative workshops and other activities to accelerate progress on key initiatives like Standards First, Compatibility Check, and TrustEd Apps.

Team participation is encouraged. All participants from your organization are required to register in advance.

Registration Fees & Deadlines

Important: Meeting space for the K-12 Leadership Retreat is limited, so register early!

  • Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis (once payment is received) until capacity has been reached.

  • Registration is limited to 1EdTech Contributing Member districts, states, and K-12 Retreat sponsors.

  • Registration is free for each organization's Leadership Board or primary representative and $275 for each additional participant.

  • Registrations received or left unpaid after Monday, 18 October, are assessed a $50 late fee.

  • Online registration closes on—or before if capacity is reached—Monday, 1 November. There is no onsite registration.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received on or before 18 October 2021 are eligible for a full refund, less any credit card processing fees. No refunds are issued after this date.

  • You can transfer your registration to another person at any time.

COVID-19 Safety Notice

We have no higher priority than providing a safe and healthy venue for the K-12 Leadership Retreat.

All 1EdTech staff attending the Retreat are fully vaccinated. All attendees will be required to provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in advance of the Retreat. We ask that any registered attendee experiencing any common COVID symptoms not attend the meeting.

1EdTech continues to monitor the changing landscape involving the CDC guidelines. We will follow the City and County of Denver requirements regarding COVID-19 safety. The Magnolia Hotel Denver, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is part of the Marriott International family of brands. They have shared their Commitment to Clean protocols, outlining what you should expect during your stay in Denver.
