Leading European Distance and E-Learning Professional Association to Forward Top Research Projects to the Global 1EdTech Learning Impact Competition

Lake Mary, Florida, USA – 10 February 2010 – The 1EdTech Consortium (1EdTech GLC) today announced an exciting new partnership with EDEN, the European Distance and E-Learning Network. EDEN and 1EdTech GLC have agreed that some top research papers submitted for the Valencia, Spain 2010 EDEN Annual Conference would be selected to be forwarded as finalists into the 1EdTech annual Learning Impact Award (LIA) competition that will occur in conjunction with the 1EdTech Learning Impact Conference to take place in 2011.

The EDEN conference features leading research in e-Learning across Europe. The theme of the conference this year is “Media Inspirations for Learning.” This conference will occur 9-12 June – for more information see the conference web site - 1EdTech encourages its members to support EDEN and the conference. Dr. Bernard Luskin of the 1EdTech Executive Strategic Council will be presenting one of the keynotes. Papers are still being accepted for the conference until 25 February.
