Registrations must be completed by 1 August 2017. Registration after 1 August will be an additional $100. OnSite registrations are an additional $200. All cancellations received on or before 1 August are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less $20.00 processing fee. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after the 1 August date, although you may have someone attend in your place.
