Registrations must be completed by 6 February 2016. Registration after 6 February will be an additional $100. All cancellations received on or before 6 February are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less $20.00 processing fee. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after the 6 February date, although you may have someone attend in your place.
