Sponsor and Exhibitor Toolkit
Sponsorship of the 2022 Learning Impact Conference is the only place where leaders and innovators come together to discuss the major topics in digital learning and collaborate on accelerating progress for learners and faculty at all levels— from K-12 to higher education to corporate learning. The Learning Impact experience offers attendees inspiration and knowledge-sharing through expert-led speakers and panels, showcase sessions, community roundtables, deep-dive workshops, networking, sponsor exhibits, and more to help institutions get ahead of what's next in edtech.

The hotel recently took over onsite shipping from FedEx. As a result, the hotel is willing to deliver small boxes and packages shipped to the hotel to your table. They will also pick up your boxes after the event for return shipping. All boxes for outbound shipping must be taped and labeled with your shipping account details. Any boxes not properly labeled or taped will not be shipped.
Box deliveries will be assessed a handling fee determined by weight. These charges will be posted to the guest account identified on the shipping label.
