WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Institutional IT and academic leaders, edtech supplier executives and product managers, teaching and learning application developers and architects, academic technology staff and managers, and directors of online programs are encouraged to attend the 1EdTech Europe Summit. Participants come from around the globe, but mostly from European countries. You do not have to be a member of 1EdTech Consortium to attend the 1EdTech Europe Summit.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Engaging general sessions will cover milestones and momentum with 1EdTech standards in the areas of digital credentialing, analytics, and evolving an open edtech ecosystem. In-depth showcase sessions will explore how 1EdTech members are leveraging 1EdTech standards to improve teaching and learning experiences. Subject areas for the showcase sessions include Digital Credentialing, Digital Assessment, Plug-and-Play Ecosystem, and Use of Actionable Data. Breakout sessions will cover a variety of trending topics concerning innovative digital learning solutions.
In addition to the above, there will be an intensive LTI Advantage Bootcamp for those who want to gain practical knowledge of LTI v1.3 and LTI Advantage. Participants will get access to new 1EdTech development utilities and support from 1EdTech technical staff to help you transition to LTI Advantage. This bootcamp is a unique opportunity to work with other developers, programmers, engineers, and educational technologists who are working to advance the LTI standard.

1EdTech Contributing Members Only: Technical Taskforce Meeting on Wednesday, 9 October
The 1EdTech Europe Technical Taskforce will meet on premises at the Open University of Catalunya on Wednesday, 9 October. The main agenda goal is the finalization of a Europe-specific profile for the OneRoster standard, which the taskforce is working on in the months leading up to the Summit. This meeting is open for all 1EdTech Contributing Members to attend. Access is free; registration is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference. Cancellations between 5 September 2019 and 15 September 15 are entitled to a refund minus 50 Euro processing fee. No refund will be provided for cancellations after 15 September 2019.
