As a third party vendor (Tutor.com) who integrates with all LMS and Learning Applications we oftern emulate users via the Saltire LTI Emulation Tools. Now that we are moving away from 1.1, and to LTI 1.3 we have not been able to successfully emulate as a user. Has anyone emulated in LTI 1.3? We are getting an invlaid LTI Message Hint error when attempting to emulate. Any ideas how to get past this?
