Term and Site (Org) relationship

Hello,

We see that Terms as Academic Sessions do not have an explicity relationship to an Site/Org within the specification, however our experience is that an Academic Session is typically associated to one particular Site / Org. We did find a Domain ERD chart image that shows a one-to-many relationship between Site/Org to Terms.

Does the OneRoster specification explicitly require an Academic Session to be associated to exactly one Site / Org ?
