The Houston (Texas) Independent School District and 1EdTech have created an Interoperability lab based on Houston's experience ingesting Thin Common Cartridges from major K-12 publishers and relevant digital learning resources developers. In this workshop, Beatriz, Susan and Lisa will share real- life User Acceptance Testing in Houston’s Learning Platform (ItsLearning). Susan and Beatriz will share graphics that illustrate the digital resources selection, acquisition and integration processes and other supporting documentation. Lisa Mattson will provide expert advice on how to manage the ingestion of content onto learning platforms. Bring-your-own-device to play in the UAT sandbox and experience firsthand what kind of work your team would do to manage digital resources interoperability and integration.
