Agenda Highlights

School districts and suppliers are making great strides in collecting learning analytics and data to inform pedagogical decisions. The tools and strategies to collect meaningful data have grown exponentially in the last few years and plug-and-play ecosystems are making the vision for personalized instruction a more tangible reality. Participate in this interactive Summit to learn from peer districts as they share concrete examples of the use of data and analytics. Session leaders will demonstrate the ways they are collecting data and developing it into meaningful information. Engage in the discussion and help drive the roadmap for future development.

Using learning data and accessibility as a lens, this Summit will focus on specific problems that IMS Global is helping institutions solve to ensure student success, retention, and engagement. We will take a closer look at how academic and IT leaders are collaborating to procure easy access to learning data and analytics from any educational application or platform. Session leaders will discuss the latest trends in digital tools and content and the opportunities to improve the student experience. And we will explore emerging models for vetting educational technology to maximize investments and resources as institutions move toward an open plug-and-play ecosystem. Join this half-day Summit for a series of group discussions, thoughtful examination of use cases, and collaborative problem solving to develop exemplary models for the efficient use of EdTech to realize better teaching and learning experiences.
